I'm Tycho. I live in Oegstgeest, Netherlands, where I build scalable applications and lead development teams.

I am an experienced full-stack developer with a strong focus on scalable web applications. In recent years, I have also been actively building React Native apps, ensuring a smooth and high-performance user experience on both iOS and Android.

In projects, I take on the role of lead developer: from architecture and technical decision-making to guiding teams and ensuring quality. I work hands-on and make sure ideas are effectively translated into well-functioning products.

AI-assisted delivery

I use a structured workflow that starts by adopting the repository itself: its architecture, components, conventions, ticket structure, and real test, lint, and build commands. Planning is interactive and grounded in the codebase. Together we clarify the goal and product rules, then turn the work into focused tickets with explicit priorities, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and reversible defaults for open decisions.

Delivery runs as a supervised loop. A supervisor selects the next eligible ticket and coordinates a developer, the repository's automated test and build gates, and an independent reviewer. The developer implements one scoped change and adds or updates tests; failed gates or review findings return through a bounded repair loop. Only green, approved work is committed, with each ticket, decision, gate result, review outcome, and commit recorded in a resumable run report. I remain the owner of the plan and product decisions while the routine execution stays disciplined, traceable, and ready for human review.

My technical stack primarily consists of React, Next.js, React Native, and Laravel, with experience in setting up monorepo and microservice architectures, as well as efficient developer workflows.

Additionally, I have a strong interest in AI and automation. I integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows and products to make processes smarter, faster, and more scalable. I continuously explore and apply new technologies. Beyond building, I also find great satisfaction in mentoring other developers and sharing knowledge.

My goal is not only to build ideas with solid technical foundations, but to make them truly successful.
