Alongside client work and employed roles, I like building my own products end to end, from the idea and design to the code, infrastructure and first paying users. These are the ones live today.

    An all-in-one back office that connects the full commercial workflow for client-service businesses: quotes can become planned work, completed tasks flow into invoices, emailed receipts are turned into structured expenses with AI, and periodic tax reports are generated from the resulting financial data. An OpenAPI-driven CMS also gives smaller projects ready-to-use administration screens without the cost of bespoke CRUD development or a separate CMS integration.

    SaaS for bulk downloading Gmail attachments, a capability Gmail doesn't offer natively. I designed and shipped the complete product myself: frontend, backend, Google OAuth and Gmail API integration, and infrastructure.
